Take Command / TCMD/LE / TCC/LE 12.0.24 Public Beta uploaded

I've uploaded build 24 of the beta to the web and ftp sites.

This build has a new option in SENDMAIL to specify whether you want SSL authentication; a fix for a long-standing problem with modal dialogs in TCC tab windows; and some minor dialog & language tweaks.

One problem I do see is that each new v12 beta install doesn't keep that i always have it install a shortcut to the Quick launch tray. Have to select it every time.

That's the Windows Installer, not Take Command. Nothing I can do about that. (It's been doing that for years; this isn't new to v12.)
