I thought the text on a tab was updating to show the cwd, when changing dirs via the command line.
Something has changed, and the titleprompt is no longer changing when the cwd is changed.

UpdateTitles is not checked in Options.

    What am I overlooking?

What does the TitlePrompt variable contain? What do you see if you type SET TITLEPROMPT ?

I was using %_CWD, when I needed to be using $p.

%_CWD will work too. Just remember to double the percent sign: SET TITLEPROMPT=%%_CWD

Ahhh, the doubled '%' is what I was missing.
    Thanks for the replies.
