1) I see various Logging (Command, Errors, History), Command HistoryFile, Directory History File options.

Which of these are automatically loaded when not using ShrAlias?

2) The 4 BTM files that are installed with each build, I think it would be a great idea to handle a "-undo" or similar flag. I know others may not use them but it's always a good idea for those who do.

Only command history and directory history, and only if you set them in OPTION.
