file explorer - short cut keys

Are the general windows shortcut keys suppose to work in the tcmd file explorer. As in cut, copy, paste and delete when managing files. At the moment nothing happens, perhaps never did.

It's a Microsoft control; I don't have any control over the shortcut keys it uses (or doesn't use).
