list ruler spills to first content line

This is not new, it happens in TCMD10 too.

After "list /u somefile", the ruler's last digits are shown over the start of the first content line. The effect disappears after scrolling the file.

Not reproducible with the 32-bit version, but I can occasionally see 1 wrapped character in the 64-bit version. It's a Windows API bug; I'll try to come up with a workaround.

I see it with stand-alone TCC in XP/SP3 ... one character, as you said.
