TCMD11: Window Configuration Question

The help file for the Windows tab under the Take Command Configuration
(file iniwindowdlg_tc.htm) says, "Startup Mode - The Normal, Max, Min,
and Custom buttons select the initial state for the Take Command
windows." I don't see any "Custom" buttons. Is this a feature that has
not yet been added?

No, it's a feature that's been removed from Take Command but hasn't been updated in the help.
