TC v11 on Window XP

The TCTOOLBAR syntax in the help file and pdf file do not seem to match the actual syntax. Among other things, some places reference flags like 257 while other places reference the old style flag (0,1,2). Also, there seems to be an undefined parameter before the "command" part of the TCTOOLBAR statement that is missing from the help syntax. It would help to have an example of the correct syntax in the help file.
