How to? change ALT-F6 to another key

looking at TC Keyboard Shortcuts

Alt-F6 Cycle through the Folders View, List View, and the active tab windows.

how to change the Alt-F6 key to another? i can't find it from the customize menu

any directions if its possible would be very helpful.
