Can anyone describe whether there have been an substantive changes, improvements, or differences between the IDE/debugger released with TCmd version 12 and version 14? Thanks.
The v12 debugger was a complete rewrite. Since then, there have only been some minor changes and bug fixes. The "What's New" section in the help covers the differences.
