ejectmedia doesn't work in v16

"ejectmedia e" worked fine in v15, but just sits there in v16. Eventually, the command prompt is back, but the disk still isn't ejected. TCC 16.00.36 Windows Vista [Version 6.0.6002].

The EJECTMEDIA code is unchanged in v16 (and v15, for that matter).
