Fixed TCC-LE 13.05.65 x64 "option" command tabs broken

Just installed TCC-LE 13.05.65 on a Win7-x64 system. Everything seems to work ok but when the
"option" command is run the tabs have no visible text.

On an XP (32-bit) system the option command in TCC-LE 13.05.65 works fine.

Confirmed. I see that on Win7 x64 too.
