Window width TCC

On my PC with Windows 10 I get a width of 120,
but on Windows 7 only 80
How can get that also on 120

Alt-Space to open the console's control menu, then P for Properties. The "Layout" tab lets you adjust the size of both the console window and the scrollback buffer.

When I do that I get the message that the system cannot change, or find c:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Take Command x64 v19.0.lnk
although the link exists there.
