TCC/LE not finding files in the c:\windows\system32\ directory?

I put a copy of gzip.exe into this directory. It runs fine from the windows cmd prompt, but not from a TCC/LE window. It doesn't even show up in a dir command from TCC/LE but does in the cmd prompt.

Any ideas?

From TCC/LE CMD prompt:

Are you running a 32-bit TCC/LE on an x64 version of Windows?

Maybe, I don't remember seeing a 64 bit choice.

If you click "Downloads" on https://jpsoft.com/, you'll see the 64 bit TCC/LE.
