tcc V11.00.37 - where is history.txt ??

I *known* I've seen the history file (the one that tells what changed from 11.00.35 to 11.00.37, etc, *not* the one that says "what's new in V11"), but every time I actually go looking for it, I can't find it!! Where is that located??

Actually, I wish a sub-version history.txt was distributed *with* tcc, then I'd always know where to look!

History.txt is obsolete and was removed two versions ago.

All of the change info is maintained in the updater, and is displayed
whenever a new build is available.
