Can "append to clipboard when shift is held down" be disabled?

In TC23, the Win10 setting for "Use Ctrl+Shift+C/V as Copy/Paste" was respected.

I finally moved to TC26 and was surprised that Ctrl+Shift+C would append to the clipboard. I see that the behavior is documented as having been added in v25.

I'd like to disable that behavior. Assigning "Copy" to "Ctrl-Shift-C" in the TCC/Keyboard options dialog doesn't do the trick.

No, there isn't currently any way to disable that. Note that it will only append to the clipboard if either you have selected text, or if you enabled the left or right ctrl key in TCMD.INI.
