Download of tcmd64.exe corrupted

The download of TCMD 18.0 build 21 (64-bit) appears to be corrupted. I've tried to update both from w/in TCMD as well as trying to download TWICE from the web.

OF course, as soon as I wrote this, the problem fixed itself?!?!

I think you were trying to download it while I was uploading it. Try it again now (I just verified it was working on a couple of systems here.)
