[23.x] Download-Problem

If I download from Download Take Command, TCC, CMDEBUG, or TCC/LE Windows command prompt with link https://jpsoft.com/downloads/v23/tcmd.exe I still receive the build 17. On the site stands build 18 and I assume I should even receive build 19 already ...

It's NOT a cache problem on my side it seems.

Not reproducible here (and the servers definitely have the updated builds).

If it's not being cached by your browser, it's probably your ISP.

Thank you very much for your fast response.

I have to apologize! I "said" my browser "do NOT take it from cache" - at least I thought that! Somehow, it tooks nevertheless (the file itself) from cache! After explicite manually browser cache deleting it works again.

Sorry for the trouble!
