Fixed ESET /S doesn't work

I tried to edit my PATH variable as saved in the registry using ESET /S and got the following error:

[C:\TC13] eset /s path
TCC: Not in environment "path"

ESET /U brings up the System variable instead of the User variable.
ESET /V brings up the User variable instead of the Volatile variable.
This issue exists in builds 54 and 55 of the x64 version. I didn't test any other versions.

Similar ESET issue with 32b TCC 13.04.55 here. No problem with 12.11.76 (32b).
