Filename Completion in Take Command vs. TCC

The configuration screen for Take Command has settings for file
completion. So does the option screen for TCC. I understand the latter.
What do those configuration options in Take Command apply to? Does Take
Command add file completion to console applications other than TCC?

The Take Command file completion is in the Command Input and the List View filter windows.

So, if you're using the Command Input window, then yes, you do have file completion in apps other than TCC.
