On my computer at work, a DELL workstation (like home, XP/SP3) with a set-up much like home, it takes 30 seconds before I see IDE's window (regardless of BTM file). During that time no process uses any CPU. I tried removing the "IDE 12.0" reg key ... no help. That's starting it from a stand-alone TCC.
It starts instantly from a TCC inside TCMD as well as from a stand-alone TCC when there is also a TCMD running.
