Registry keys? (not JP specific)

I want to temporarily change the folder for Internet Explorer favorites. Searched the registry for the current folder name and came across these:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders , Favorites
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders, Favorites

Wondering what theifference is between these are please. Do I need to change both or what?
