TCC takes time to show registered to.

I am beginning to suspect this is some kind of registry problem. I deleted all the stuff in tcmd20, and the delays are now much less. But the update i did to the registry has not taken, so i suspect i shall have to research the windows registry issue.

If i start either tc or tcc (20.00.25) from a 4nt or tcmd32 (v8.01) prompt, they start with no delay. Most strange. The older products serve me as command line calculators, and for my win2k virtual machines.
