Declined Launch TCC Tab with different date/time

I'm presently using the RunAsDate.exe program to launch an instance of TCC with a different date.

Once the TCC session is launched, I manually attach it to TCMD.

Yes, I know that I can also auto-attach new tabs.

Would it be possible to incorporate launching a TCC tab from TCMD with a different date/time?
