This may be a consequence of the conversion to the new help for V15, but on the help page TCC/Configuration/Configuration Dialog/Startup, at the bottom of the page the "Web Help" description give a link to the browser based help (http://jpsoft.com/help/). Clicking on that link either from my local v14 help or from the web based v15 help gives

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Also, if I select the web based help option in my TCC v14 and type "help" I get this500 - View not found [name, type, prefix]: category, htm, contentView
