Fixed v17.0.54 Tab->COMSPEC Dialog Box Issue

I went to change the COMSPEC setting in the TC Tabs screen by clicking on the ... to get the file selection box. Box popped up but focus went back to the main properties window and because of this the dialog box could never be dismissed. I am running Windows 8.1 x64 and had just updated from 17.0.53 to 17.0.54.

I see the same thing in the 32-bit version. However, a double-click on a filename in the dialog will select that file and close the dialog.
