How to? Where is a ChangeLog for v25 build 16

I am always really interested to see all changes for a new build. I used a long time the (I know it was NOT official) .aiu file for that. Since I can't check this out anymore, I can't see a seperate ChangeLog for the newest build, or can I somewhere?

The changelog is in the dialog box that pops up when you check for updates.

After you install an update you have the .aiu file locally.

 Volume in drive C is unlabeled    Serial number is acb2:6a48
 Directory of  C:\ProgramData\JP Software\Take Command 25\updates\*

2019-08-31  19:03         <DIR>    .
2019-08-31  19:03         <DIR>    ..
2019-08-31  19:02           1,231  tcmdupdate.aiu
               1,231 bytes in 1 file and 2 dirs    4,096 bytes allocated
