How to? starting TCC/TCMD v25

In my experience ...
TCMD25 will start where it was when it was last in the normal/restored position.
To control where TCC (console) starts, put it where you want it to start and, from the control menu/icon, go to Properties/Layout and check "Let system position window". If started from a shortcut, that will affect only the shortcut. If you do the same for a non_shortcut_started TCC the position will be remembered in a subkey of HKCU\Console.
