TCC crash when pressing F1

TCC 18.00.29 x64 Windows 10 [Version 6.3.10240]

TCC crashes when pressing F1 to open the help when it's running standalone.

If you run it inside Take Command then the help opens as expected.

I can't reproduce here, instead, I get the Take Command Help, which claims to be unable to download some content.

Definitely a bug; definitely not a TCC bug. It's a (new) Windows 10 bug; they bollixed up the HtmlHelp API. I'll see if I can hack a workaround until MS gets a fix out.
