We just updated the forum software from Xenforo 1.2 to 1.3. We will post more messages in the next day or two talking about the new features; in the meantime please let us know if you experience any issues using the forums.

Working fine so far. Any word on whether we can disable other people's smilies yet? I've looked but haven't seen a setting anywhere.

I've disabled the text smilies, so you shouldn't see them for future postings.
