Registering TCC 12.10 brings error 404

I just wanted to register TCC 12.10
I get the error

HTTP protocol error 404 not found.

Reverted to 12.00.

Whats up here? Does TCC calls out to JPSoft and counts registration?

12.10 needs to contact the registration server. (This is necessary in order to be able to provide the keys instantly in the new web store.)

You apparently have a proxy server (or firewall) blocking TCC's access. If you have your proxy info, go to OPTION / Internet and enter it. If you don't have it or aren't able to enter it, contact us and we'll send you a manual key.

Disabling the proxy settings in IE9 worked.
