Registering TCMD in VM with single license?

I just installed the Windows 10 TP Evaluation copy on VMware Player. Would a separate TCMD license (from that on the host OS) be required to register it? I assume a 1 system license would cover it on a single-user PC, but would like to make sure.

You can install a single-user license on up to three systems, including VM's (provided they're not in use simultaneously by different users). The license key is based on the machine name, so there's no way to differentiate between VM's and the base system.
