I am starting to use BDebugger and wasn't sure if there was a way to save the watch list between sessions?

The Watch List (like all of the other tabbed windows at the bottom of the IDE) has a "Save" button.

Thanks Rex. Is filename.ext.bp and filename.ext.watch the only files possibly created with BDEBUGGER?

No, all of the tab windows at the bottom (aliases, environment, functions, etc.) can optionally create files. The breakpoint & watch windows are the only ones with pre-defined extensions that will be automatically loaded when the debugger starts.

Why just the BP and watch are predefined names?

Because they're loaded automatically when you load a file of the same name. None of the rest are file-specific.
