Most of the directive names for key mapping are documented, as well as most of the default key actions, but "never the twain shall meet" - there is no matching of key functions to directive names. It would be nice if
1/ the tables of directive names and functions in the four subsections of "Key Mapping Directives" included the default keys
2/ in the commands which enumerate default keys and their functions, e.g., LIST, included the key mapping directives for each
Without this information it is difficult to map an alternate key to a key function, and to unmap default keys.
