Update 21.00.34 -> 37, key no longer recognised

This is why I dislike activation crap: Thieves can find cracks and keygens on every corner, and the paying idiots are stuck with activation keys that do not activate -- see attached screenshot.

I even tried the "Manual Key" request. No luck either.

If anybody saw this before, I would very much appreciate a hint or pointer. Thanks!

That's a valid Take Command v21 key. I suspect you downloaded TCC v21 and are trying to register that instead of TCMD v21.
