OPTION dialog appears underneath Take Command window

When TCC is running in a Take Command tab windows, opening the configuration dialog via the OPTION command usually pops up the dialog underneath the Take Command window. I say usually because the first time I use OPTION, the dialog appears on top, as expected. The second time I use OPTION, and subsequently, the dialog appears underneath. Yeah, I know that I can Alt-Tab to it -- but it's completely concealed; someone unfamiliar with Take Command might conclude that TCC had crashed.

Windows 7 x64; I see the same behavior with both the x64 and the x86 builds.

No, that one always pops up the dialog on top, as expected.

I can no longer replicate this issue in build 32, either bitness. Did something change?
