Strange CPU value

I'm running TCMD 12.10.61 on Windows 7/32-bit and just noticed a strange value for the CPU % in the status bar. I had opened the help window and was reading a page, not touching anything, and noticed this. The status was fluctuating in a valid 0% to 3% range and, every once in a while, another value gets displayed instead. It starts with 42949, but is a truncated value. Only a pixel of the next digit is displayed.. With the next status bar update, it once again displays a normal % value.

This doesn't really hurt anything. I just wanted to report the anomaly.

Yes. This is the same thing. Reboot doesn't fix it; I normally shut down overnight. I haven't seen it in Task Manager. It's odd that is the same value on both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 7. Perhaps TCC/TCMD could just ignore values outside of the 0-100 valid range.

I bet the whole number is remarkably similar to 4294967295, which is 32 1's
-- probably a "negative number" got calculated and displayed as a unsigned
number. Not unlike rolling back an odometer from 0000 to 9999 which could
also mean -1.

Now, how it got negative, .....
