HISTORY and DIRHISTORY /R can't handle Unicode

    TCC 10.00.34 Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
    TCC Build 34 Windows XP Build 2600 Service Pack 3

    The /R option of HISTORY and DIRHISTORY does not work properly if the specified file is Unicode, i.e., only the first character of the file is loaded. ASCII files work fine.
