Problems with TCSTART.BTM

I've created my TCSTART.BTM file in the TakeCommand directory just as directed but for the life of me I cannot get it to execute when I launch TakeCommand. I have tried everything I know but have had no success :(

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

return?

Does

tcedit /start

open your TCSTART.BTM for editing?
