Request Manual Key fails

I need a manual key for a machine with no external internet access.

On a machine with internet access, in Take Command I opened
Options | Take Command... | Register
I entered my activation key, which Take Command accepted, and pressed
Request Manual Key

But this tried to send me to
http://&is_pcid=[my machine name]/
which, unsurprisingly, failed.
So I'm unable to obtain a manual key.

I've tried this several times, always with the same result.

Have I done something wrong?

I tried it on a different machine with a different browser, with the same result.
