Upgrade issue

    See the attached screen shot. I've seen this the past few builds I've updated.

    The "shralias" mention is no big deal, that is normal for me and the installer is always able to shut that down. But "The installer database contains the logic...." one is something that only started showing up in recent builds.

    If I ask it to close that process it fails. I can choose to cancel or reboot after installation. If I cancel and re-run the installer, the "installer database" item doesn't show up the second time.

    Like I said this has happened the past few builds but I have never seen it before on any version of TCMD.

    I'm running Windows 10 x64 build 14393 if that matters.

    This happened again when upgrading from build 13 to 14.

    Not reproducible here (and I haven't had any other reports of this).

    That dialog is created by Windows Installer; it's not anything in the TCMD installation script.

    Strange, it happens on both of my systems.
