Not reproducible here. The only way I know of to get that "/ELEVATED" error is if you have an existing alias for START.
And your "/PGM "TCMD"" argument probably won't work either, unless you have an alias for TCMD, you're in the TCMD installation directory, or you have the TCMD directory in your PATH.
Thank you guys, and in particular thank you Rex. Yes I had an alias set for "Start" (Start=*Start /PGM %$) than I made a very long time ago and forgot about.
