how to do in "start" command thing like in tcc.exe

Isn't there way how to do in "start" command thing what tcc.exe starting, that is to prevent temporarily executing autorun script in registry with "tcc.exe /d". How to do this in "start [/switch]" internal command. If both things do almost identical function, will "start" be available the switch to do the same.

Just invoke TCC.EXE explicitly in START instead of having START do it implicitly.
