Beep not working

BEEP, all alone on the command line, isn't working here. My INI settings are 0/0. I'm not sure which build 21 I have. After Rex's announcement I uninstalled the test b21 and installed one manually DL'd from the WWW site.

I have the release built 21 -- missed the test build -- and I see the same thing. Er, hear. Or don't hear. Whatever.
