Your syntax is bad -- if you want to send a string to a tab window, you should be double quoting it. Without the quotes, TCC tries to interpret it as a key or special character name.
Actually that was something I put together to show that TCMD was crashing, the syntax wasn't the issue, my original buttons had the correct syntax.
But it seems to be fixed now.
