Does this site still exist? I cannot get into ftp://jpsoft.com/oldver using either a browser or the ftp client of tcmd.

Use ftp://ftp.jpsoft.com/oldver

The shorthand format (omitting the leading "ftp.") is being blocked by
CloudFlare.
