FTP Error

I am getting an ftp error from 19.10.54 x64 of 1001 (_FTPERROR) but there is no description for it in the Help, any ideas what it means? The error code return back from _SYSERR at the time of the FTP error was 0x02 or ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND.

The command I was running was:

dir /H /K /M /A:-D ftp: > c:\eKHR\directory.txt​

A 1001 error is an IPPort error (returned by ipworks9.dll).

My company also uses IP*Works! and, while the software is decent and the support good, the documentation is quite substandard. They also don't define all of their error codes in header files, so you can't even use that as poor-man's documentation.

They are not nsoftware / ipworks error codes, they're Winsock error codes. See Microsoft's documentation.

Couldn't find 1001 in the list of Winsock error codes.
