Unable to register v13.

    Enter newly purchased v13 key on startup of TCmd.
    After a wait I receive: [10060] Connection timed out.
    (Working behind corporate firewall/proxy).

    If I try from within Configuration dialog - simply hangs!

    OK - I see that this is an existing issue from previous versions.
    (Probably encountered it myself in the past :-( )

    Will try to register from home - not behind the proxy.
