Debugger: popup _VARIABLE values

That's nice and I'm glad you got rid of the same for variable functions.

One thing ... when a _VARIABLE's values is shown in a bubble, the mouse pointer turns to an I-beam and can't be used to maximize, minimize, or close (X) IDE (possibly other tasks). I don't know if you have any control over that. The bubbles pop up spontaneously occasionally (unless you're careful about where you leave the mouse pointer) and that's a tad annoying. They (syntax bubbles too) can also pop up far from the IDE window (I've seen them on a second monitor) ... hard to reproduce at will but it happens every now and then by accident.

WAD (that's Windows doing it, not TCMD). Just press a mouse button or hit
escape and the mouse cursor returns to its previous shape. (I have mine set
to an i-beam all of the time.)

Never seen that and I'm unable to reproduce it. (But again it would be
Windows doing it, not TCMD.)
