When I clicked on "Check for Updates" I got this error when I chose to install the update

Well, that's peculiar - because the size on disk on the server and in the .aiu file is exactly the same.

Doing a manual download winds up with a file a few hundred bytes different. ???

Nothing changed in the installer; seems like a server problem. I'm going to reboot everything and see if it clears up.
