I'm new to TCC (full version) :)

TCC 16.00.24 x64 Windows 7 [Version 6.1.7601]

Cannot duplicate with either 32b or 64b TCC 16.00.24 on Win7-64b (nor on XP 32b). Must be faulty installation. Try to reinstall/repair.

BTW, the option symbol in TCC commands is the slash /, not the hyphen -.

Removed 64-bit, installed 64-bit version. No change
Repaired 64-bit. No change
Removed 64-bit, installed 32-bit version. No change.

There is nothing interesting in windows logs.

There was no TCC full version installed before. There was installed TCC/LE, but removed.

This usually means that TCC was unable to register the textpipeengine.com dll.

Try updating to 16.00.25 (already uploaded), which has a workaround for cases where Windows is blocking COM registration.
